Send photos or book an assessment

Text Carlos a few photos of your bathroom. He will tell you what is realistic and what it roughly costs before anyone comes out.

Walkthrough and written scope

Carlos visits, measures, and sends a written scope and price. No surprises buried in the fine print.

The work, with the owner on site

Demo, rough-in, tile, fixtures, finish. Carlos is on the job, and you get updates and photos as it moves.

Final walkthrough

We go through the finished bathroom together. If something is not right, we fix it before we call it done.

What it costs and how long it takes

Timeline

Most full bathroom remodels take 2 to 4 weeks once materials are on site. Tile-only or fixture updates are usually under two weeks. We tell you the schedule before we start and we tell you if it changes.

Investment

Every bathroom is different, and the price depends on size, tile and fixtures. Send photos and Carlos will give you a realistic range before any visit.

Questions homeowners ask about bathroom remodels

Do I need a permit to remodel my bathroom?

Usually yes if plumbing or electrical is moved, and most suburbs around Lombard require one. We pull the permit and schedule the inspections. You do not have to deal with the village.

Can I use my bathroom during the remodel?

Not the one being remodeled. If it is your only bathroom, tell us up front and we will plan the work to shorten the time you are without it.

Do you help pick tile and fixtures?

Yes. Carlos will tell you what holds up, what is a waste of money, and where to buy. You choose, we install.

What if you find water damage behind the wall?

We show you, explain the fix, and give you a price before touching it. Nothing gets added to the bill without your approval.

Do you work in my town?
